I got the BBQ Whopper and Strawberry Lemonade. Both were excellent! I highly recommend that the BBQ Bourbon Whopper becomes a mainstay... not on the disappearing list! 😁

Drive thru Experience: Great customer service each time. Hot & fresh food. Their mozzerella sticks, 10/10.

The Latino girl working there on 2/16/26 at 3 PM gave me a whole lot of attitude. I placed a mobile order, and she said she didn’t see it. Three times I got “well, we don’t see it.” Period! She didn’t care that I actually placed the order for their location and paid. She wasn’t going to do anything. At that point, it was 3:08 PM. The order was set for pick up at 3:20 PM. I came back at 3:20 PM, and the order was ready. She pushed my food on me and said “Here you go.” No attempt to help me or apologize. Support sends you to an AI bot. There isn’t a live human being to help you nor will anyone respond later. I did some digging and found some email addresses to corporate. I emailed them, and got no response. Burger King obviously doesn’t care. She’s probably well aware of this.

Very fast service, everything fresh and hot and correct!! Half onion rings, half fries were hot and crispy. They were very efficient. The Impossible whopper was cooked correctly and had the toppings I asked for.

The gentleman who took our order licked his finger and then proceeded to touch the screen to take our order. He then went to help prepare our order and others as well. I should've said something right then and there but was so blown away at what I witnessed that I couldn't process all at one time. I will be contacting the store/owner to express concerns.
