Burger King

Normally this location is our go to, they have some really nice people working certain shifts, foods normally right and if its not they make it right. but it was an absolute different story tonight. This was the shake handed to me. Where's the rest of it?? Had it not been for my screaming baby in the back seat due to teething, I would have handed it back and asked them to remake it but I needed to hurry. Point is, when you pay for a full shake, you should get a full shake. The window worker was not friendly at all either. They shut the window as if they had given me all my food, but I had to get their attention for a large coke I ordered and didn't get at first either. Itll be a while before I go back if at all. My receipt says name: Morris- if that helps

Terrible. Served me hot but old mozzarella sticks. The cheese was brown on the inside.

The service is TRASH!!! I called 8:15 pm 9/19/2025. Simply just to ask if this location had the Fred Jones and the Horseman Scooby Doo character. I immediately got hung up in my face. I didn’t even get a yes or no response. Do you guys even read your reviews? Do you even care about your guests. BK have it your way, I guess not. This location really need a staff upgrade. I’m guessing that you guys don’t care to make things right with guests. All I simply wanted to know if and possibly when y’all would get the Fred and Horseman characters.

This Burger King location does a few things right. One of the more interesting drive-thru setups I've ever seen. A decent 🍔 burger, 🐔 chicken sandwich, chicken fries, french 🍟 fries, and interesting sides. They also do 🥞🍳 breakfast okay. The customer service and the quality are lacking. Be prepared to check your order before leaving. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking nearby and a 🚻 restroom.

Someone begging for money in the store and needed to walk out with someone because it felt like we were going to be robbed once outside. The person walking me out got the same impression. We thought we were ordering the Grinch meal with the prize but ended up just being the regular meal.
