Burger King

Horrible. An employee eating a burger while I waited gor my food (eating it where they prep your food btw!!) They lost/forgot my order and made in incorrectly 😔 had to wait abt 30 mins for that. The employee that was eating a burger made her friends pies before i even got my food (dont worry the pies were dropped fresh for them) Only person working was the guy who took out order and some of the cooks. I know this is fast food but dang!! Must have been a rough night for them.

Love this Burger King and the staff always happy and smiling. My order is always correct, prob the best one in Luzerne county. Also very clean inside to sit and eat with your kids

My husband and I came in late for a replacement order Saturday night expecting to be treated the way you're normally treated when you go ANYWHERE for a replacement after an issue; but boy, we're we wrong! The crew that were working that night went above and beyond! Our food was replaced quickly, was hot, fresh, beautifully presented and excellent!! Antonio, Nathan, & Dalton were 3 of the most wonderful employees I think we've ever encountered!! These 3 gentlemen were so kind and helpful and friendly, they should be training the rest of the staff because they KNOW how to treat not only customers, but people. Burger King should be extremely proud of the 3 employees who not only took pride in their jobs, but took pride in themselves as well, which you don't see often in the younger generation

I’m going to say this!! When someone says no pickles you know it would nice if these children actually provided no pickles !!!!! This is why you shouldn’t employ these youngsters to work a job with food !!!!!!!! You know some people have allergies and can’t eat them which is why they request no pickles !!!! Especially when these wonderful employees cross off pickles but they yet to put them on ???? That’s evil !!!! Not to mention I had food missing from my bag !!!!! The drive through girl was rude too I say thank you and you can’t acknowledge me and I know they have cameras so if the manager can reach out to me that would be amazing. Yes I kept the receipt

Carlos was just amazing! He was so kind when I wanted to change my order for the Spongebob meal he did it with no problem! He’s was so sweet and patient!😁(Carlos AKA best Burger-King worker ever!!!)
