Burger King

I have mixed feelings. I eat here all the time. I am a man of repeated habits. But I will admit some issues with this particular Burger King. I routinely order the same combination, and yet, I find that 9 times out of ten something is missing or done wrong- ketchup when I asked for none, and no mayo or lettuce when it is asked for. I've had no pickles on a burger when I didn't remove the - and the app doesn't let you add extra so you can't even anticipate that by adding more so likely you'll get one pickel chip on the whole burger... Sometimes order just fries and a burger and don't get one of the two items. If you order in the mornings before 9 am you might get told to park around front and wait for them to bring you your food so you don't hold up the line. This would be fine and I am no

(BEWARE) Placed a mobile order through the Burger King app in the parking lot using the “Pick Up Now” option. The app showed the pickup time as immediate. I waited about a minute, pulled to the speaker, and said I had a mobile order. The employee said, “Oh yeah, 30 seconds ago, pull up.” When I reached the window she immediately started lecturing me, saying, “Usually you give us more than 30 seconds to make an order.” I explained that the app literally allows immediate pickup and shows the same time as when you place it. She sarcastically responded, “What do you think we do back there, snap our fingers?” I told her that if I had pulled up and ordered at the speaker instead of using the app, then yes, they would have had to start making it immediately anyway — so her argument made no sen

What a disgusting, nasty lady that works the overnight shift. Used the app to order food and got spoken to like a child, too include the customer in the vehicle behind who she claimed "made the same mistake", trust me she made me know numerous times in a span of a few minutes. This retired public servant is trying to understand how this lady serves anyone in the public. Also, to boot ... She tossed my order at me, at the front doors where I told to go. Check your cameras ... I don't know if she tainted it ... So in the trash it goes.

Went through the dive through ordered two kids' meals four 8 piece chicken nuggets and a spicey chicken sandwich. Got no fries for kids and a wrap instead. Order came out quick but everything was cold. Guy at speaker was taped. I said sandwich 5 times still got a wrap . Put it all on counter and went home . ... ridiculous..

Kid at the mic sounded miserable. Got cold fries at about 830-850 a night. $18 for a large double whopper with cheese. Won't go back now that I found one in Smithfield RI that charges $14 for the same meal and much better quality and service.
