Sunday 1:40PM It took over 20 minutes to get 1 meal! I ordered on the inside because there were quite a few cars in line. I watched 8 drive thru customers get their meal at the window. No apologies, nor explanation given.

The guys looked like they were there to work and get the job done to the best of their ability back in the grill section. All staff friendly and focused. Excellent job.

I just ordered dinner for my family of five. Since I have work I need to do when I get home. I decided to eat my impossible whopper on the way home. I got it slightly modified no mayo no tomato extra lettuce extra pickles. Everything else normal. As I was eating it, realized they only put the lettuce on. I know working food service sucks but it’s not hard when you have a cheat sheet right in front of you and what goes on the food you’re making. This is not the first time this location has messed up an order. And yes, it’s usually this bad.

Sean is such a good guy made my food to order (original chicken add tomato and pickle) and handed it out to me! He was super polite and friendly and even said to enjoy my food!

Haven’t been in this location for long while. Loved their whopper and fries. Friendly service at the counter, I believe Davis is his name. They renovated the place, nice rustic atmosphere, self ordering kiosks available.
