Burger King

This Burger King may be one of the worst BKs I've ever gone to. Their service is terrible and they constantly get the orders wrong. I ordered a Whopper meal and im given a plain cheeseburger. There's a big difference between a Whopper at Burger King and their cheeseburgers. There will be no line at the drive thru and they still make you pull up and wait for you food and then somehow either get the order wrong or you end up missing items. Has happened multiple times. Can no longer go here. This was the final straw. Kept going back because its about 5 mins from my house but I'd rather be inconvenienced with driving further to get better service and the correct order.

Food was below typical and took 10 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and an order of hash brown. My family and another customer were the only inside patrons. The floor throughout the restaurant was very slippery and hasn't been mopped in some time. My only plus was I did like the design of the restaurant. The jungle gym room smelled lhorrible.

Terrible experience. When we ordered we weren’t asked if it was for here or to go, so everything was in to-go bags. When I asked for a tray, I was brought a cup carrier and when I said i wanted a tray and not a cup holder he threw the cup holder back with a bad attitude. It was the guy with giant ear gauges. We wanted to eat at the play place and every table in there was dirty so we couldn’t eat there and my kids didn’t even end up playing there because it was just so filthy. Every ketchup we got had some sticky substance, like honey or oil, not sure. And our hamburger buns were cold. We used to like bringing out kids to the play place too. When we left, all the tables in the play place were still dirty.

I ate the breakfast and it tasted horrible so I started to pick at it and I opened the burrito to find a black hair under my sausage. I am a blonde. Never again, unacceptable. I had to catch the train and I threw up everywhere. I hope this place gets shut down. Health hazard.

Came in @2:30 in the morning with my work truck, mind you nothing else is open really and I’m in a small Box Truck. Not only were the two gentlemen very friendly, but they took my order and everything was fresh. Thank you, after a long day of work I didn’t want to have to go home just to get my car just to go back out and get food.
