It is wild this place is still open. Been in town 7 years and this has consistently been horrendous. I go out of town if i do want a decent bk. However, in a pinch, we gave it a go for the first time in a while. Idk what’s happening there, but i wouldn’t eat this if it was free. The franchisee needs to be shutdown.

I'm giving one star because I have no choice but I wish I could give them 0 stars. Large $85 drive-thru order near closing. Asked to park and wait. Order was incomplete and food quality was unacceptable. DISGUSTING. No receipt was provided. When I called to report the issue the "Manager" promised a callback, when she found the receipt and never followed up. These receipts are stored electronically and should be easily accessed. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. I wish I could upload all the pictures but I can only upload one...look at the cinnamon minis, uncooked and no frosting. Gross like the rest of the order that I got no resolution for.

If you like mold on your buns, come on down! If you like rude staff, come on down! If you like questioning whether that burger you got, had a bite taken out of it, come on down! If you would like a refund for any of that, don't come here. Went to BK corporate with photos, and they gave me a coupon for less than the sandwich.

Just Do Better…. No gloves went collecting food to go in the bag, no attention to customers, touching people’s food with bare hands… hand to ask for a new order of mozzarella sticks…. Just disappointing. Avoiding in the future

Does anyone really leave a review of a fast food place unless when it’s bad? I’ve been to this location more than I should’ve, figuring maybe next time will be better. But no, it never gets better, only worse! My latest visit was again a disappointment. Every table was disgusting and they weren’t busy, 3-4 other tables occupied and drive thru maybe another 3 cars. So staff must just be lazy! Onto the food… nothing was even warm let alone hot. Our large fries looked very inadequate and not because it was cold outside. My wife’s burger order was wrong and looked like it was in a tornado. Complete mess. Buns soggy, fries soggy. And all the prices are very high compared to like franchises near by. Maybe next time will just take the extra couple minutes to go to Warwick BK and see how it is the
