Staff was unapologetic about price confusion. When asking for an explanation as to why our total was $22, when our coupon said it would be $14.99, staff only said they don't inform customers if there is an upcharge due to customer selection. When management (Antina) came to the window, we only received the same unapologetic explanation that there was an upcharge, and it's the policy to not inform customers when there's a price increase. This is a very shady and unethical business practice. Most customers would like to know if their total is going to be $6 more than expected. On top of all of this, our order was incorrect. We did not receive extra pickle or onion on our sandwiches, and the coke ordered with - no ice - was also filled with ice. The entire exchange left us feeling grossly tak

This Burger King has been going downhill for years. We stopped by this location to get my daughter some chicken fries on the way home this evening. My wife and I got burgers as well. The kid taking our order seemed very distracted over the speaker. When we finally got to the window, I discovered it was because he was on his phone the entire time. After that, it took over 20 minutes for us to get our food. It appeared there were only three people working inside and only one of them was doing anything. When we eventually got our food, the fries were upside down in the bag; all small broken fries. Half the chicken fries were burnt and our burgers looked like they had been pulled out of someone's pocket. No "Sorry for your wait." No confirmation of our order before giving it to us. The entire

I’m extremely disappointed in our recent visit. When I walked in with my children, one of the workers was loudly using profanity and complaining about having to run the register because the managers were standing in the cashier area on their phones watching videos instead of helping. What made this visit even more unsettling was finding a homeless woman passed out in a booth near the indoor playground. My son noticed her and thought she was dead. I’ve seen this same woman in the play area before, so it’s clear the staff are aware and allow her to stay there - which is unacceptable for a space meant for children to play safely. This location needs serious management attention and better safety standards for families.

While in the drive thru window guy was on his phone the entire time. When asked to repeat my order for me he said it so fast that his words were slurred and couldnt hardly understand him. Not very great customer service being that I have worked customer service.

This place is wild. Lol Miss Lisa at the register was on one! She even wears a little crown on her visor. She hadn't had a break all day, and she let the WHOLE restaurant know. Which I can't blame her. Food was ok, location was decent.
