Burger King

Ugh. Employee taking our order at drive-through was totally focused on pushing bundled "deals" instead of just listening to what we wanted to order. Order was totally messed up when we pulled up to the window and we spent a ridiculous amount of time getting it corrected. I know they're pushed to do the upsell by management, but it's incredibly annoying for the customer. Instead of trying to chisel an extra half dollar out of my wallet, how about focusing on listening and allowing customers to order what they want, not what you're pushing?

Has bad reviews but recently in the morning I pulled into the drive through. Asked for 7 eggnormous burritos. Came up to the window to find out they only have 3 because of tortilla situation. But solved it with smaller burritos and added some extra and costed a little under what I would've paid. Thats a, for the customer, type of work. I was going to settle for something else but these guys had a solution by the time I got up to the window.

The food was fine but man the attitude that the staff gave could make me never want to come back again. Nobody is forcing you to work at BK how hard is it to put a fake smile on and save have a good day or a response to a friendly thank you from a costumer instead of just shoving the bag at you. I hope their day gets better. Maybe if BK paid well enough theyd have a better attitude. not sure.

Very professional and friendly!!!! I tried the new chicken sandwich, lettuce tomatoes etc. It was good, but Wendy's has a thicker piece of chicken in theirs. Just a thought to compare to other's. I was driving through but if I lived there, I would still go to this one as the staff wss GREAT!

Boy working there was so rude. Fire him immediately! 👿👿👿 He made my Oreo Shake wrong; at that point you have to purposely try to make that wrong. I’m also in the food/service industry so I get being tired and not wanting to be there, but being rude is just not cool! Also get off your phone lil bro
