Burger King

This BK is the exact opposite of the one in Brainerd. Most of the time the burgers are fresh off the grill when requested, my order is rarely messed up. I mean, no one is perfect, it is going to happen, but it rarely happens here. The regulars who work here have always gone above and beyond, especially the woman who works mornings a lot. It isn't ideal and I kind of dislike eating here often, because it obviously isn't healthy, but with not being able to cook much right now and the limited options in Staples, this is 99% of the time the right option for accuracy, speed and freshness.. I'm also one of those annoying customers who doesn't like salt, so no salted fries, yada yada. You guys rock.

I'm giving them a 5⭐ on service because there was only 2 people working and they got a massive rush after the elementary Xmas concert. Yet they still got all of our orders correct and out as fast as they could. And even with a smile.

I went through the drive thru, ordered. Got my stuff, hit the road. Dig in my bag........not what I ordered. I order spicy chicken fries, there was a sandwhich in my bag. Turned around, walked in, waited in line. They were busy and seemed to be short staffed or training in new people. Lady helped me, told her the issue, she said she would fix it, great. Had to wait cause they needed to make it. No worries. Get me new goods. Now I should have learned, and checked my bag before I left, but I didn't. Get in the car, start driving, dig in for my goods......now I had the spicy firey mozzarella sticks, not the chicken fries. At this point I've spent 40 minutes dealing with this and I wasn't turning around again. Nice staff, they were trying, but my order was a fail.

Very slow, stood and waited 10 min to order, and the manger walked by and ignored us 3 times. When we got our food some of it was messed up. And then we had to reordered , took 20 min to even get the food. Should just be shut down.
