I don’t understand how hard it is to listen sometimes. I asked for three ranches And two sweet-and-sour sauces and there was nothing in my bag. So when I got to the register, I asked the lady for three ranches and two sweet-and-sour’s and before I could get out the two sweet-and-sour she had already closed the door in my face to get the ranches. I expected she heard me so I drove off and in the bag there were only three ranches and no sweet-and-sour. It’s not that hard to have good customer service.

The gentleman that took my order was very professional and very nice.. however what I got was an original chicken sandwich (oblong) in a round bun, I asked for a little mayonnaise and some lettuce and I received three pieces of pretty gross looking lettuce.. Did you run out of buns? 😂

Last night I ordered a burger, fries, and onion rings, and everything arrived completely cold (like it had been in the fridge). I reheated it and thought, okay, it can happen to anyone. However, about an hour later I started vomiting and got a fever. Who knows what kind of food I received and where it came from. Anyway, I got food poisoning and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Really sad excuse for an operation and zero concern for quality. This place should be shut down. Food was stale, people behind the register had no idea what was going on. Send new management in, clean the place up or close it down. I have never even seen this place even remotely busy and it's still in shambles. I know it's fast food and you get what you pay for but yikes.. Embarrassing.
