I just want to take a moment to genuinely praise the outstanding service I received at Burger King. From the second I walked in, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. It’s refreshing to see a team that clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with such care and respect. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the employee at the counter was patient, polite, and attentive, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. NEVER place a mobile order form this location! We were missing 95% of our order and now Burger King Corporate is refusing to give us a refund and only offering less than half the value of what we never received in COUPONS. Absolute joke of customer service.

We had a birthday party for our son and the managers that helped take care of us were unbelievably sweet and so helpful! Super kind and helped in any way that was needed! The birthday for our son was perfect! They did such a great job decorating as well! Definitely recommend doing birthday parties for your kids here, especially with how sweet the workers/managers were to us!

Soo nice to know my receipt shows i ordered a bacon king, onion rings, & "fries"... but where are my fries. Thank Souderton, PA for makin me pay for something you never gave me. Bet I won't get any type of compensation for it, either.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Waited for a while. The car in front of me was there for a very long time and some other car that had apparently come and gone the person walked up to the window to get the right stuff. The person in front of me was irritated because they were waiting and then I ended up having to back out of the drive-thru after a while to leave to keep an appointment.
