Burger King

How do you guys physically forget a kids meal in an online order? Thats down right disrespectable and unresponsable of your employees to not read tickets correctly just to throw together whatever you feel like. Not to mention wanted to try your ultimate steakhouse whopper for the first time and what did you send in my order a basic plain whopper. There is a price difference in there so when someone pays for something they are expected to have what they ordered!!!

This is s the WORST burger king in the area. Went last Saturday and there was an event going on at the tyson events center. ( i think it was over a while before we showed up cuz the parking lot wasn't that full at tyson) Waited about 25 min for 1 cheeseburger and 1 cheeseburger kids meal with no pickles in the drive thru . 4 cars behind me left. I would have left but I couldn't cancel my order since it was placed online. This place could not keep up on a semi busy night. When I got my order I checked it at the drive thru and both my burgers had pickles. Had to tell the girl at the drive thru to remake them with no pickles. The fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a long time. And I asked for my receipt so I could do the survey and she couldn't give me my receipt for some reas

forgot all my customizations that i paid extra for on my sandwiches. tried to call the store multiple times and didnt get an answer any of the 6 times i called. even called the burger king closest for a good number and they didnt have one. too bad, wont be back to ANY sioux city burger kings

The server was very rude at the drive through she would not listen to me about my order i was trying to order an she was very rude I ask for a manger an she said she was one i will never go back to that store if management is that bad an rude. All I wanted was get get my order right she was just ording what ever for me an then she did not want to help me an told me have a nice day. I hope u can fine better management there for other people because I will never go back to that store. I hope this matters to the main burger king.

Thank God you had real ice tea. Got the internet six burger and fries special. Store water line cuts we were limited to certain drinks. Great people at the counter. Manager was very cool.
