Burger King

What happened here? I guess the girl giving attitude through drive through was having a bad day? I asked for rodeo crispy chicken sandwich with cheese.

Worst experience ever. I had never been to this particular Burger King before. I went through drive thru and bought plain cheeseburger and onion rings (I have had both previously but at a different location). I was very hungry as it was after my usual dinner time, and so I popped 2 onion rings in my mouth. The taste was so terrible that I had to pull off the road and vomit the onion rings out of my throat. The only thing I can think of was dirty grease, and indeed when I got home and looked at the bag, grease had soaked through the onion rings container, a few napkins, and even both sides of the outer bag. I placed my order on the app and went inside to pick it up and I was so impressed by how clean it was. It’s probably one of the cleanest Burger King’s I’ve ever been to. The food was also next level. I’ve gotten so used to burnt impossible whoppers and smooshed buns but this place really showed me Burger King can be great. The burger bun was soft and not flattened, the whopper party was cooked well without being over done, the fries were well salted. My only complaint were the fries were a little cold but that’s to be expected when you order ahead. I even used their restroom and it was very clean.

I recently visited this Burger King location and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered two Impossible Burgers and requested two honey mustard packets, but I received only one burger and two chicken wraps with honey mustard on them. The only item that was correct was the fries. I returned to have the order corrected, but even after a second attempt, it was still wrong and I was missing another item. Additionally, the food I did receive was cold. I paid $18 for an order that was inaccurate both times. This experience was frustrating and fell far below the standard I expect. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure greater accuracy and quality moving forward.

There was an error with my order at this location. As it wasn't necessarily a complaint I just wanted to resolve the matter. So I went through the app or I tried to. Went through the website. Neither one was helpful at all! I wound up calling the rest and it was was resolved with that one phone call and employee. Great job!
