Burger King

I ordered and asked to change for my $20 I paid with and I was rudely denied and I was repeated denied to change my $10 the money that I just received as change has a hole in the middle of it and is all ripped and I asked kindly to pay again and use it as a payment method for this establishment and I was rudely told no we will not accept your payment or change out that $10 when I was just given it as change I’m outraged by being denied service for no good reason I believe they should no treat anyone especially a customer with this type of service very poor and rude with an absolute power trip I’m very disappointed and I feel very uncomfortable to even walk up to the counter with my money because I’m eating a $39- $40 meal I’m just very upset that people in fast food places have to be outed

I recently visited this Burger King location and had a very disappointing experience. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, a loud car happened to pass by and stop at the light, making it difficult for me to hear the employee. Because of that, I heard “pull up to the window so i can heIp you”. As soon as I got to the window, the manager and the employee approached and the manager began yelling at me. They assumed that the loud noise was coming from my car’s music, even though it wasn’t. I calmly explained that the noise wasn’t mine she rudely said “well you’re gonna have to wait” since she didn’t hear my order which was a mobile order anyways. Today was our first time at this location and it was around 5:30pm. The workers have absolutely no knowledge of good hygiene!!!!! One guy had gunk in just about all his fingernails and his hair was not combed. There was only one table clean, restroom’s smelled and were dirty, the temperature in the room was dry. Never again will we go back there!!!!!!

I asked the girl behind the counter for some sauce and she informs me of a .27 cent charge. I was shocked and asked if she was serious, I'd never heard of that. Didn't realize BK was so broke they have to charge for courteousy sauces. She gets sassy with me telling me if I dont want it dont get it, I tell her to check her attitude and tells me "you started it girlfriend" and i told her to check it again and she did. This was horribly unprofessional and Ill never come to this BK again.

Come on Burger King.! For the price of the meal we are getting, we should be getting good food. The double whopper i got was dry, when i asked for extra ketchup, I was told it was extra. I was given 3 packets, which i used 2 for my dry burger patties and the one for the fries. My git told me to go somewhere else but i figured how bad could it be... BAD it was... And the customer service was horrible, the person seemed upset that i would ask for my food and gave the "really, you asking for more ketchup look." Needless to say, i will not be returning to this place. Sorry king, but not really.. 👎 👎👎
