Burger King

We waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes for our food. We did order a medium second drink and says the word medium free time and the guy that waited on us. Jess ignored it and charged us four dollars for a large drink. He proceeds to hand us our food, and we make sure our sandwiches are there and as soon as we touch the fries, they are ice cold. This place is a joke. We’re having all these issues and is cheap people out in front of the store that works there. While we wait 25 minutes.

11/26/25: This is the cleanest BK I've ever seen! The lobby/dining is SPOTLESS! The floors and surfaces in kitchen/cooking/grilling area is spotless. No fries, no crumbs, no discoloration. The Staff are very friendly and obviously hard working. I just wish we lived close by. Those that do live close are very fortunate to have a fast food restaurant with such high quality food and cleanliness! OUTSTANDING!

I don't stop by Burger King very much, just when I am next door at Mavis having work done on my car. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal and I like to bring cookies back for the mechanics. I'm writing this today because I am so impressed with the staff here. This restaurant is spotless, the staff are friendly and treat each other well. It's obvious the manager here is top notch. I just left and I had to post this because I was so impressed with how well run this location is. I can't stress enough how clean and well run. Everyone was working hard and taking pride in their work. This is rare these days

Small fish sandwich 7.19. I asked for extra tartar sauce. Hardly any tartar sauce Huge seams of lettuce and pickles. The worst sandwich I have ever had! Don’t waste your time or money.

Its hard to give any kind of accurate overall review, because as we all know, the real quality of the "food" here doesn't have anything to do with the hard workers who have to run BK for minimal money. All the workers mainly do is heat up the food and put it in some kind of "to go" cardboard container. That being said...the quality of the Burger King food at this particular location (Amesbury,Ma), was basically average. I got a chicken parm samich, the long ones they have had for years, it's like the oldest samich on their menu, and it was warm throughout, lettuce was fresh (no brown/wilted lettuce), bread seemed fresh, and my side of onion rings (the real reason I was even there) were perfect as always. Only complaints...Just the usual wait time in the drive thru, but not too bad compared
