Burger King

After wiping GOBS of mayo off the burger this was still coated in mayo. Nowhere on my order did I ask for extra mayo. I did talk to a manager on the phone (drive thru from another town, got home and saw it) and her only response was okay when I asked why the guy making the food thought it was okay. I did not want a replacement, especially if he was still making the food, and okay is not a very well crafted response when someone asks you to find out why your staff did something ridiculous to their food. The concern is valid, the complaint is valid, the mayo is not valid. 10/10 poor customer service response and poor burger preparation.

What am about to say is the honest truth. And my mom a few months ago. I won't blast the burger king about this but we me and Mom decided we was never eating at Burger King again. The woppers didn't taste like awopper I couldn't 8 mine and she couldn't eat hers. We decided to get some burger king. Am to my surprise it was amazing. Thank you burger king it's also hard when you live on a strick budget I do wish burger kind could lower there what's down someb also it took them noting to get the food out to me ready to park don't which side you park on and it's kid friendly

I went to the drive thru this morning @ 8. Placed my order at 8:01 went to the window paid for my order at 8:03, didn't get my order til 8:18. I had a coupon 7869 which was 2 croissants and a hash rounds instead of coffee I got orange juice. I get my food drive home, which is 4 minutes away, all my food is cold! I call and ask why after spending 20 minutes in the drive thru why is my food cold? Stacy the mod tells me they were waiting on the food from the kitchen while her and Starr and another girl were standing around not helping! I tried to talk again and she hung up on me. I went back up there to get a refund and asked why i was hung up on and she said that i yelled and cussed her! I recorded the who;e conversation! When I told her that I did that then she wanted to be all nicey nice!

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all I got the wrong order and I called about it and she said that she would fix it if I come in right now but we're already home for the night it's 8 PM and I don't feel good so I had sent my husband to get the food.The buns are rock hard and I am not joking. It's like it was baked like a crouton. Burger is old and dried out. She could have gave me the missing item and I could get it tomorrow but she said she wouldn't help me unless I came in right now. It's your fault and you shouldn't make it my problem. You have my money and I do not have the product that's not my fault it's yours!

Every single time I go though that drive my meals are always a mess. And there's no sense talking to a manager because they don't ever make it right. My husband went through the drive to night asked for the $5 have it your way meal and they charged him for a jr chicken, small fry, and drink. Which was a lot more than if they had done their job correctly. He asked for extra mayo and pickles on my sandwich, I got 2 bun tops NO mayo and no pickles. I got no chicken nuggets. I'm tired of wasting my money on a place that cant even get it right. A few months ago I ordered a bacon burger paid $12 FOR A MEAL WITH NO BACON. We live 10 miles away I called and complained to a manager and she told me I'd get a purple coupon in the mail. Yeah that never happened.
