Placed this order at 11:30. Received our order at 1:45 with cold, soggy fries and chicken nuggets due to soda spilling every where, this trash isn’t eatable. Everything was super cold. I will never order bk delivery again. I had to try and reheat it and it was super gross. Didn’t get our sauce for the nuggets either.
Waited 30 minutes for the food. The girl who took the order was rude and impatient. As a result she of course messed up the order.
I ordered a whopper Jr and French fries from $5 deal. I had to wait to get my food because they said they were making fries. When I got my food after waiting, the French fries were cold and not very many in the serving. The whopper Jr smelled and tasted odd. I took three bites and decided not to eat it and threw it away. Horrible!
Foods always fresh and hot. The mistakes are few and far between; but if there is any, it's fixed without question.
Food is usually correct although sloppily made, the staff is super friendly, just wish they put more time into prepaeing your food right instead of talking
