Burger King

I went to the Burger King today and they were running a little slow because of what looked like a staffing issue. However, one of the associates walked by me several times and went out of their way to ignore me so I could not place an order. Only when I began video taping her ignoring me did she come over and state "I did not know you were waiting" all while smirking. Then when the food was ready the young man who served it took one of his gloves off and physical put his hands on all of the food I was served with his palm touching and covering the tops of the fries. Now I don't know about you but that is not appropriate and is targeted behavior because he did not do that with the other customers. Waited in drive thru lane #2 earlier today and was told, "I'll be right there". For 20+ minutes I waited while lane #1 was open for business, I gave up & just left. Went to a neighboring, new, restaurant and got what I needed in about 3 minutes tops. Nice going guys, ya really seem to be organized there. Is there even a manager there?? I won't go there again this was no mistake, it was deliberate lack common courtesy and respect. Horrible experience!! Never again!!

We won’t be back. The order taker rushed us asking us that it after every item, he finally told her we would let her know when we were done it was just a couple meals, then only gave us one drink and tried to pull us forward, we tried to get her attention for the water bottle and she actively ignored us then proceeded to talk crap about us to the manager. Customers have ears they can hear. So we pull forward and I walk in for the water. Wait in the vehicle while multiple vehicles pull around us. 20 minutes later I go in to find they have no customers left anywhere and our food was sitting in the bag in the warmer. This happened middle of July. CULVERS next door or Arby’s on the other side are WAY better options. Friendly, prompt, great customer service and fresh food at both establishments

Went here a couple nights ago and had the chicken sandwich, not spicy, have had to return 3x now and still recieved burnt chicken sandwiches. Now I'm going to add photos. They always say the 3rd time is a charm. Here is what I got tonight, burnt again.

The manager at this location needs to staff more people or pay people enough to get people to apply here because there is only ever one person working and the service takes forever. The employees are always nice but appear stressed.
