Burger King

Only went twice. First experience was great. Couldn't wait to return. Then apon returning for a second visit, it was at lunch time with heavy traffic and a whole different crew of workers, and total disaster 😑. Poor management and Couldn't pull it together. All orders were screwed up(inside and at drive thru) and it was taking too long to get people's orders out. Some that were there first didn't get their order at all. If it were Hells Kitchen, Chef Ramsey would have shut it down. We were there for over an hour watching and it never got better. Not sure i will go back. There are two other Burger King in sistering towns that are much better. Webster MA and Killingly CT. Also, due to heavy snow, parking lot was a bit of a mess. Manager said," we don't have anyone to clean the parking

Best Burger King in Connecticut. Staff here are all humble, hardworking kids and some older too. The manager here is clearly very good at sniffing out high character folk.

The manager, Kristy or whatever, was extremely rude and cussed out her staff a bunch of times. It created a very tense environment in which the majority younger workers seemed subjected to her unwavering hatred. I would seriously suggest she reassess her leadership qualities or find a new job. The food was good, though blood sweat and definitely tears went into it.

BK employee's need to start acting like adults! stop with the SpongeBob crap. I don't want to be hearing home of the crabby patty when I pull up to the drive thru. It's childish act like an adult! I will no longer order from this burger king because the employees can not act like adults. For the second time they have acted like children by quoting a child's show this is unacceptable!

For fast food, it is EXCELLENT Quality! The ingredients tasted fresh and it was made with care, picture perfect! Friendly helpful staff! I will revisit this location even though it's 84 miles from home.
