Burger King

I don't know what's going on with Burger King lately but they're putting no love in their food anymore. I was pleased with the Jack in the box down the street and the next time I came through town. I stopped this Burger King and was disappointed. The fries were not hot & steamy. And I don't know what was going on with the Whopper but every time I took a bite the bun was totally falling apart on me. Flaking everywhere and just a sloppy mess. The service was rushed and weird even though there was nobody in the restaurant when I first walked in. And then the girl that came in for work, after I was eating has not stopped talking and really loud and loud outbursts and laughing. Chill.

I ordered 2 Whoppers, 1 with everything except pickles(sounds pretty simple) then 1 with everything except bacon and I told them PLEASE MAKE SURE THE 2nd ONE DOES NOT HAVE BACON, AS I AM ALLERGIC TO BACON!! After going over the order 4 times I seen on the readout she got it right and showed me the marking on the wrapper was correct for both orders. When I got to my destination I gave my sister hers with no pickles and Thank Goodness I checked mine before consuming. What I ended up with….. 1 whopper with everything on it INCLUDING BACON, the fries were literally ice cold and the 2nd order was ok other than the cold hard fries! Sorry for the complaining but I hope management reads this and makes sure this doesn’t happen to someone less cautious than I am because the outcome could have been

Suuuuuper nice staff! I actually wish I got his name, the guy that helped us (he has glasses and dark hair...I wish I could describe more) was absolutely a sweetheart

Best customer service from Noelia in the drive thru tonight. She made sure our order was correct and had napkins, sauce and burger king crowns for the road trip!

I lke the Impossible Whopper with no mayo and extra mustard. They always get my order right. I also like fancy drink machine.
