Burger King

The food is actually good Burger King. When it first opened it was clean and well run. Now it's just miserable. They stack cars up all around the place to get times down. They miss orders, ignore grill slips, are entirely rude. I stopped here twice in the last month out of convenience and ended up needing to request a refund both times. My order? I've little cheeseburger. That's it. The management is a significant problem. Everytime I've been there I've witnessed management be cruel and crass in the way they speak to thekr employees. This is unacceptable and frankly must lead to an environment that's completely horrible to work I . This place has systemic human resource issues that should be fixed ASAP. Get your managers out and put new ones in.

Absolutely terrible. It’s not well-maintained with there being crumbs all over every floor and table. The orders always take forever and it seems like no one cares behind the counter, especially the manager who gives grinch vibes and probably shouldn’t work at BK considering her size. One time my patty was actually frozen. The McDonald’s that are nearby are so much better.

Waited on drive through for 10 mins. Told to hold and another car came and they took their order. Why is this location such a problem? I stopped coming here because the service is awful. It’s a nice new building and it’s been years with issues.

Love, love, loved it the atmosphere was very welcoming and not too crowded for my special needs daughter and the staff was so polite and caring and understanding they completed the order and it was delicious thank u very much

Decided to go here for lunch the other day and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. I placed an online order and had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru until someone finally came to the speaker, then it took about an additional 5 minutes at the window. And it gets even worse from there. The lady at the window was rude and did not say a word. She had no expression on her face and just handed me my order. No “have a nice day” or anything, zero communication. They also didn’t give me napkins, didn’t give me sauce with my fries (which I had on my online order) and gave me the wrong shake. Their food still came out fine but extremely poor service and atmosphere. Only go here if you want to recieve poor customer service and have your order get messed up multiple time
