This BK always got the orders right and the fries taste fresh, like they clean the fry oil daily like they should. Great job! The place was recently redone and looks brand new

Wow! This place was remodeled, completely removing any customer interactions. All kiosks. Worst design I have ever seen. No one is around if you need help. You almost have to walk around the little pickup counter and scream to be noticed. There is one register, but no one was around. The Whopper I got was over cooked, cold, and hard as a rock. This place has hit rock bottom. Whoever designed the new layout should get a new job! Really! That bad! When I stop in a place to do business, I don't want to be treated as if I don't exist and I dont want to work for you either by having to figure out how to ring it all in to get my food. I have been to a large number of fast food places in the area, and any of them would be better. Don't bother...

Ordered at the drive thru. Worker at the window was quite rude at the pay/receive window because I had a coupon & didn’t announce it while ordering. I would definitely have announced it if I’d been allowed a chance to while being loudly/quickly “talked over” when ordering. Do better please.

Rude behavior of employees towards the client and towards the delivery service employees. Long wait for the employee, although he took the order from the first client but turned around and left without listening to me. He returned after 5-8 minutes, this happened 2 times. And only on the third time, dissatisfied, he came up and listened to me. After which he brought my orders and practically threw them on the table. Showing his dissatisfaction. It is not clear what caused it.

Went in and wanted a coffee shake but unfortunately they don’t have coffee flavor my server did tell me she can kinda swing it if I would like to try it and she made me a coffee shake made from ice coffee mix with some vanilla flavoring n I gotta say it was the best tasting shake I ever had way better then dunkin foxes coffee I love her creativity n amazing customer service
