Burger King

Haven’t had Burger King in years but after seeing Tom Curtis put real feedback from customers into his product, I decided to give it a try. To my surprise I got a double whopper that looked exactly like the picture and tasted absolutely amazing. Highly impressed mostly because I don’t usually eat much fast food nowadays and can’t speak for every location but the BK in Pierre have great staff and expedited service. I will definitely make a stop here again when I come through.

Ordered Cheesy Bacon Bites. Received Cheesy Jalapeño Bites. Did not eat..too hot for me. Also, ordered bacon on the Double Whoppers. No bacon on the Whoppers. Was charged for wrong food & for bacon not added to the Whoppers. Too late & too cold to go back & get it corrected. Typically, food is ordered & correct food is received.

The service for the most part is decent. The dining room is fairly clean. The food is terrible. I love Whoppers, but I have NEVER had a good Whopper at this restaurant. The burgers are always dried up tasting. After giving this store several tries, I've given up. I have to say I do stop to get fries once in awhile. They get that right. I wish corporate would do a surprise visit.

I usually don't do this sort of thing but I've had too many "minor" issues at this Burger King that I can't ignore it. I went through the drive-thru today. I ordered a simple whopper with no tomato. After taking my first bite it felt like I bit into a pile of pepper. The more I ate, the more the pepper taste worsened. Upon inspection, my burger was DOUSED in pepper, underneath the cheese. Whoever thought that was a funny joke, might want to think twice before doing that to someone it could seriously harm.

Burger King is insanely expensive. Really you might as well go to a real restaurant. The staff was nice, I had no issues at all with them. It's not the workers that make it bad at all, just corporate over pricing the menu.
