Burger King

Well I don't usually leave review for fastfood but I felt that this Burger King deserves it. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can see how clean it is, behind the counter and kitchen is super clean, staff are well dressed and very friendly. I haven't had a burger like this since high school 30 plus years. The bun was fresh, the meat was juicy and had plenty of lettuce and tomato. I thanked the manager on her way out ( sorry i.didnt get your name) and she was surprised since everyone likes yo complain but never takes the time to leave a positive review. So here is my, we travel the country and will be back soon. Thank you for the great service and clean and inviting ambience.

I used the kiosk to order. I chose to pay at the counter with cash. I stood there unacknowledged for a while with another person who ordered. After a while of being ignored I simply walked out. It would have been different if I had at least gotten a "I'll be with you in a few" or something of the sorts but nothing was said (I understand that it was slightly busy, but you can't simply ignore people because of that, all it takes is a few words to show a customer that you will be with them shortly). A lady next to me was there for a door dash and was acknowledged almost immediately. If you're in a crunch, don't bother.

The service was terrible, and the employees were incredibly rude. This location desperately needs intervention from the regional manager to get things back on track. I understand that finding good workers can be difficult, but what we experienced today was absolutely inexcusable. The woman behind the counter tried to call out my husband for supposedly marking our order as takeout, even though our receipt clearly showed “eat in.” Her behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely out of line.

Was here earlier today and witnessed an employee cussing out the manager due to her simply asking for help. She was bouncing from station to station preparing orders an remained professional despite how he was talking to her. It was very unprofessional on the employee's part and she definitely deserves a raise if she's going to be working her position an his too.

The employees here are pure rude. To start off we waited for half an hour then I asked for our money back refused to give it back and continued to argue with me. We finally got our food after 45 minutes it was cold and not the right stuff. She argued with me that the receipt said it was right. Then when we argued for over 10 minutes we get the right food. Which took another fifteen minutes. When we finally sat down to enjoy the food that took over an hour to get she started saying how we clicked to go and not eat in our receipt said in bold letters “EAT IN”. Never coming back.
