Burger King

Absolutely horrible placed online orders went to pick it up and 30 plus minutes in drive thru waiting for order then given wrong order so now inside to get order straight and received a cold order that had been sitting for awhile and order still wrong. Don't waste your time drive by.

The staff don't pay attention to the orders. If I pay for something extra I would like to get it. The interaction with the staff was lackluster. Definitely got the vibes of i dont care about this job.

Online app is terrible. While this may be a good location, I ordered online using the app, which showed the location open however, they were closed due to a recent winter storm, which is certainly understandable, but the app still charged for the meal and they refused to refund the amount. Poor customer service.

Well I haven't eaten there in a long time but I was not impressed! The french fries were cold and so was my hamburger! But it was edible! The people that work there were very nice! Need to clean up the outside of your store! Lots of weeds! But we'll try it again!

After reading the other reviews for this store mine will say the same thing. Hands down worst whopper ever purchased from a Burger King. The meat was over.cooked, chewy and COLD! I also asked for no onions, but got onions. The area designated for soda machines were filthy! I hate that we were traveling and this was just a quick pick up order or I most certainly would have addressed it with the manager. I am most curious if whom ever owns this takes time to read these reviews because with so many complaints of cold food being sent out the door no changes have been made. Also no one responds to these reviews in any way, so it comes across that they definitely do not care about consistent customer complaints! Shame on you!
