I used to love the service and food from this location. However, the last 3 or 4 times my experience has been less than stellar. I can't eat beef so I get an impossible whopper I order it with only ketchup on it. I order on my app. Usually when I get to the windows they ask me to pull around and wait. That's fine. But when they bring out my food, I check the sandwich before I leave the parking lot and guess what I find. It is loaded with all the condiments I didn't ask for. Now I have to park, go into the building and ask them to make it right. Because of this happening multiple times I switched my order to something simple but the other day I waited in line for at least 30 minutes to get chicken fries and mozzarella sticks. Danica was decently rude our entire transaction. We specifically asked for no vegetables multiple times and she rudely said there was no onion that came with it and when I got my sandwich it had a pickle on it. I went inside to ask for it to be remade because I asked for no vegetables and she said she didn't hear me. she stood and talked for a minute then aggressively threw the old sandwich in the trash. And told them to remake it with no pickle. When he was done he threw it like a frisbee in the warmer and she grabbed it. I reminded her she did hear me ask because she mentioned it didn't come with onions. And she continued to be rude and then followed us outside making me feel uncomfortable like she was trying to intimidate me

I didn't have to order on a kiosk. I was able to order with an actual worker. The place was clean and the food was good

I went threw the drive and ordered the same exact order I always do only to get the wrong meal so I called in to see if we could get this fixed and the guy that identified his name is Chris Which is who I assume the manager was Clearly upset with me calling in to report I’ve gotten the wrong meal Was in my opinion in no way fit to be not even in a managers position, but an employee position when dealing with customers or any other interaction with any human being I tried calling back in ,due to the fact that after he was done raising his voice he hung up on me only to find “someone would pick up and hang right back up on me with out the first word. My son and I just had the BEST EXPERIENCE AT THIS BK!! Expected it to be run down but it had the best service, food, and bathroom!! Can’t say enough good things!
