The food arrived quickly and was served hot, which made for a great start. Customer service was on point, friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a solid fast-food experience that delivered exactly what you’d hope for.

This was not a good experience. It was Whopper Wednesday and I asked for the $5.99 whopper combo as listed on the screen. The lady at the drive thru scolded me and said, "I don't know what the $5.99 combo is" After I paid, she handed me my drink and was put off when I asked for a straw. The food was decent but she was not. I'll probably go to the other burger king nearby because they treat people better. (This was at about 12:40pm yesterday 11/19).

I went through the drive thru just a few nights ago after I got off work at about 9:30pm and the experience was a mess from start to finish. My order was very basic. I pulled up to the drive thru and said "one original chicken sandwich plain". That was my whole order. She asked me to repeat myself so I did very clearly. She asked me to repeat myself again, so I did a 3rd time, then she asked me to pull around. Once I got up to the window, she said "So you wanted that plain?" and I said "yes , original chicken sandwich plain. No mayo. I hate mayo". She walked over to the sandwich station and I heard her tell the sandwich maker "That sandwich is supposed to be plain. No mayonaise" The manager walks over and asks the cashier what she's doing and she says "telling them the customer wants it w

Food was cold and had been out for a while. Only two guys working and very friendly with no chance to keep up. Whoever manages this location needs to do better to ensure employees have a fair shake.

I live right around the corner and honestly love burger king but the service here is TERRIBLE! I did a mobile order with 3 meals (1 was chicken fingers fries combo/1 sponge Bob combo/1 bacon burger meal combo). Get to the speaker say hey I had a mobile order and give them my name..cool pull around to the second window AS INSTRUCTED because I had already paid online. Get to the window and the guy hands me 2 drinks..sorry I had 3 combos im missing a drink. "WELL WHAT DID YOU HAVE" tell him no problem. Get my food and it was all just the meats (chicken fries/krabby patty/burger) so I had to tell him again hey I didn't receive the 2 orders of fries/1 onion rings and hes like"WELL DID YOU LOOK IN THE BAG". yes as a matter of fact I did look in the bag before I wasted my breath on telling you
