The last several visits all of the mozzarella fries have been overcooked, therefore exploded so there's no cheese inside, and normally I don't complain, but this time they didnt tell me they were out of marinara until I paid, which I would have just not gotten them if I knew that. Then I opened them and they are once again all exploded and not worth eating. This was also the only item of the order that was for me, and its usually always messed up.

Absolutely perfect experience! 👌🍔 I’ve been eating at Burger King locations all across the country since 1985, so I definitely know what to expect — and this team is truly doing it right. 🙌 The fries were cooked exactly how they should be: hot, crispy, and salted just right 🍟✨. The burger was spot on too — fresh, flavorful, and put together perfectly. You can tell when a crew takes pride in what they’re serving, and it really shows here. On top of that, the service was friendly and efficient. Everyone was welcoming, quick, and professional, which made the whole visit even better 😊👏. It’s always great to see consistency and quality, especially after so many years of visiting different locations. Keep up the fantastic work — this is how it’s done! 🌟

Very nice place to drop by and eat after hard days work, multiple spots to sit at and a lot of fancy BK themed decor. Very nice customer service even during late night hours when things slow down a bit. Food is great and prices are decent usually get a burger,fries and drink for $10.

Pulled in on Sunday and a tatted up guy was working the window. He made sure to process my card in front of me, making sure I knew there was no point where he could have snapped a photo of my card. Guy made sure my order was correct too. More people like this, PLEASE!

I ordered through the app and when I got to the drive thru and checked in and pulled up to the window the manager handed me food that was made over an hour ago. The drinks were watered down, burgers lukewarm, and the fries were cold to the touch with no heat. When I went inside to tell the manager (Vanessa I think was her name) and show her my fries, she grabbed the fries and said, “wow those are cold” and proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do about it. No remade food, no refund, not even an apology. Craziest fast food experience I’ve ever had.
