Burger King

Will never return. Why would they stay open when they are out of French Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, Buns, and other key items? I couldn’t hear everything on the speaker. I had already put in a mobile order. Of course I can’t cancel it or get refunded…so I asked to substitute. Bad idea. Food was not hot and pretty unpleasant to look at and didn’t want to eat it. Just sat at drive through windows for over 15 min waiting for our food. No explanation, actually no words. Onion rings and crispy onion whopper, 2 brisket whoppers barely warm. It wasn't because they were busy. $29. Hold the lettuce and tomato. As you can see, didn't hold the lettuce I won't go so far as to say she rude, as she didn't say anything accept when we ask if it was all there she said yes and walked away.....are one and a half inch long nails sanitary in the food business?

I ordered a sausage biscuit and the bread was so hard I couldn’t even eat it.

It's fast food, so there is no expectation on food quality. Why does it take 25 min to go through the drive through? The last 2 times midday, maybe they were busy, but tonight nobody in restaurant or drive through. Pulled up to the polite AI generic "welcome to Burger King" for it to be cut short by a rude "I'll be with you in a minute". Drove away after nobody came back. The only reason I'm even leaving a review is after seeing the embarrassing 3 star review on Google maybe bringing it down a bit more will influence management to fix something. Burger King is one of my go-to fast food establishments and I've never had this experience in Concord, Salisbury, or Huntersville.

This burger king is awesome freshly made whopper and fries I came here at around 2 pm idk about other times but the workers are awesome for making great fresh burgers
