Burger King

They have some great offers and they prepare orders impressively fast. Their accuracy has improved a lot, which makes the experience even better. The dining area is always spotless whenever I stop by. Overall, a very reliable place to visit.

The first door you see on Verdugo Blvd is exit-only. You have to walk along the side, and enter in the door that brings you to the counter. I ordered a #1 on their breakfast menu with a coffee. Wasn't asked for my choice of hash browns or tater tots, but honestly, receiving the tater tots I feel was a better choice. Just a little confusing when I saw the receipt. Anyways, when I was given the coffee, the condiments were conveniently located right there, but usually at most cafe's or fast food restaurants, most of the condiments are conveniently located where you can quickly dump the things you don't need. Here, I had to take a couple extra steps. No worries! I'm not eating the most healthiest of fast food, so crab-walking to the trash to discard things is just a minor convenience. BUT, if

I purchased a hamburger from this location, and while eating it, I noticed the meat had a burnt taste. I decided to inspect it, and I was both disappointed and surprised that whoever prepared the burger didn’t notice or care about the quality of the food they were serving. This is highly unprofessional and disgusting for a restaurant to serve food like this. I called the store to report the issue, and the woman who answered the phone didn’t fully understand what I was explaining. She then handed the phone over to someone else. I repeated the situation to him, and he offered to make me a new burger (without apologizing for the poor quality of the one I received). I told him I didn’t want another burger and requested a refund instead. He told me that they don’t offer refunds, only replaceme

Burger King makes good fries but large fries aren't very large. They do not fill up the little container all the way and they cost almost $5. It's large fries, it should be LARGE

The people who work here DO NOT CARE. They really don't. They don't care about service. I'm not even sure they care about the food. Is it because they're not making enough? Is it because the work long hours? Is it society? Or is there another job they can take where they do not need to serve other people. I got food poisoning here once. Not sure why I came back. They're not friendly. At my worst and at my lowest, I have always been friendly in a service position. I have always gone the extra mile to make sure my customer was happy. I didn't do it for tips. I did it because it made me feel better knowing I was making them happy. These people....they don't care.
