Burger King

10/13/2025- Around 3:30pm the staff at this location was awful, the team there took around 7 drive through orders while we waited inside for them to take our one order, it’s like they are intentionally ignoring you if you are not of Latin descent (someone else mentioned they had the same experience in their review as well) I’m unsure what’s going on here but this restaurant staff needs to be looked at more closely regarding their customer service. When we were leaving three team members stood at the front counter sarcastically saying “bye have great day” well if the three of them had time to stand there and try and antagonize us they could have made time to take our order, we weren’t rude or mean to them…if they don’t like to serve EVERYONE, then don’t work in a public restaurant. #Burger

9/19/2025 - Trying Burger King after 3 years. I ordered a cheeseburger plain. I was told my total was $10.57. I paid in cash, COUNTING OUT SINGLES and exact change to the Cashier Texting how expensive Burger King has gotten to my spouse. Arriving home and handing my receipt I was told the total was only $7.57? Sending several messages to Burger King via email that night, I didn't hear back for a couple days. I was told it is a franchise store and the OWNER would have to refund the extra $3.00. Well it's been a month and NOTHING! HOW CAN YOU STEAL FROM A CUSTOMER and expect them to not say anything after giving you a chance to make it right? How many others have you done this to? SHAME ON YOU! Disappointed with the service I received. The morning cook staff member, who was Latin women, gave free food and drinks to Latin family, while others, including myself, had to pay for our orders and wait a long time to receive our food. This seemed like intentional preferential treatment. I will definitely bring this to management's attention!!!

Excellent location right next to Walmart, is an easy quick stop for truck drivers and travelers driving by. The same menu across chains, you will experience the same taste, but this location is the cleanest I’ve been to. Average customer service, average fast food. It’s drive thru is very narrow as you drive around be careful not to hit the curb.

I work nearby so I come a few times a week for breakfast and this particular Burger King NEVER opens on time This photo I added is from 6:16 and are supposed to open at 6 and currently sitting in the drive through and is still not open Two maybe three times a week of coming here for a year and a half and I have never once seen them open on time Please change this locations opening hours Should say "Whenever we feel like it" I can't tell you how many times I've sat in drive through at 6:05 and watched the very 1st employee get out of there car to go in 5min after opening Ending this review I have to add it is now 6:21 and still nobody has greeted me and lights are still off even though there are 2 cars here I'm leaving, extremely frustrating I understand things happen and we are all human,
