Burger King

Visited 2/4/26 The fries were hot The burger was dry but okay. The worst thing was the eight piece chicken fry. They were old and cold. I didn't have time to go back to Burger King to get fresh chicken sticks. I had to be in Manassas. I was highly disappointed.

I randomly decided to DoorDash just trying to make some extra cash. Great two orders popped up from this location. I happily made my way but turned out they were too busy so decided to close early? Gentleman at the drive thru told me I had to cancel my doordash orders. When I asked what time do they normally close, they told me 12:30. Online it says 1 AM. I had arrived at 12:15 though. I was extremely confused and lost out on that money. Wasted gas and time which is okay I guess but there were three other door dashers as well. App made us take a picture and explain why we wanted to cancel so all of us were in our cars side by side doing the process to cancel the orders. Why have the store accept orders if you don’t plan on making any of them. Ive worked in fast food myself so i understand

Don’t order the pie online. I ordered 2 pies with my burgers and when I went to pick up the order I was told they didn’t have any pies and I would have to call Customer Service for a refund. When I asked how I was supposed to prove that I did not receive my pies, the manager said he didn’t know, but that this happens a lot. He did finally offered to make up the cost with cookies. Not what I wanted but…

🍔😋 Food was delicious & warm or hot and made as ordered. We requested a special order on our burger and it was correct the first time! 😌 Forgot to give us condiments for our order except we also forgot to ask. 👥😁 Workers were friendly, it took a bit of time to get our order yet we saw that they worked as quickly as they could with the amount of orders they had & only a few employees. They still had a great attitude! 🍽 Could be a cleaner dining area, floors needed sweeping 😟, they had tv's for viewing while eating 📺. 💰👌 Prices were reasonable, had great specials and if you use their mail coupons, it has great deals!

At 12:40 a.m., I called to place an order for pickup, but the lady who answered said, “It’s Domino’s Pizza,” and refused to take my order. When I asked if she was declining because they were closing in 20 minutes, she said yes. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
