Burger King

Ordered a Whopper. When it finally arrived it was cold. Waited a long time for food 15+ minutes. There were 4 people in the restaurant. No customers in the drive thru. When we left there were no workers that could be seen at the register, the drive thru, or in the food prep area. Based on my experience I will avoid this Burger King from now on. Wow…

The one and only time I've ever tried to go to this burger. King, when inside never got acknowledged, people were waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes. This crew was a complete disaster never going to this Burger King again.

I went to the location in Monroe after getting off work around 230p and tried to order 2 cini-minis at the cashier! Was told it would take 15 mins for them to heat up another batch, but they had enough for one order. I went with the one order, and ended up waiting 20 mins for that one order that was supposed to be ready to go! The lady at the front didn't even say "sorry" after I asked why I had to wait so long for 1 order of cini-minis! I probably would have waited even longer if I never motioned to get their attention. Didn't think I would need to say anything though since I stood right in front of them for 20 minutes feeling stupid! Stay away from this location. Horrible service!

Inside was closed on 12/7/25 at 3:45pm. Two employees taking dab rips in their car parked by the front door. Can’t take customers but you can smoke pot? Save some time and don’t come here

Literally every single item was wrong. Called them right away and they had an attitude. Said I have to bring every single item and receipt back with me, which I did. When I arrived to get my correct order with receipts they were so nasty and pretty much threw my food at me.
