Burger King (Military Post Access Required)

Avoid BK on post unless you don't mind waiting 25+mins for just a sandwich. Just wanted to give few insights in order for BK to improve : -customer service not friendly -waiting time is outrageously long. Over 25mins for just a sandwich ( I got my food served to me faster in a restaurant...) As a service member, I spent my whole lunch break waiting for just a little sandwich and fries and don't even have enough time to consume it before it's time for me to go back to work. -cleanliness need to be on point for such a small spot.

The lady working opening shift on 2/28/26 was amazing and hopefully gets paid for her hard work. A lot of people are inconsiderate of how busy it can be during lunch time on weekdays, but every time I have gone, it was on point and quick. My food was hot and fresh because the store had just opened. I appreciate how hard they work considering it can be busy at 1130-1300 on weekdays.

Went to BK to get a Whooper and onion rings, after a 30 minute wait in drive up, I was told there was no whooper buns!!! they were out, so I asked about a couple other buns they have, of the other buns I asked for they were out as well, the worker told me the only bun that was available was a brochette bun, witch was fine. Than i was told they were out of onion rings, so I requested French fries, WITCH they were out of as well, they only had cheesy tots or chicken fries, for an upgrade in cost. So finally getting my order and asked for ketchup,, guess what??? They were out of Ketchup. The worker at the window seamed truly apologetic, not her fault someone is not managing this place better, Should not run out of buns and ketchup at a burger joint.

AAFES is ripping off the Soldiers - again I heard the manager claim the place generates revenue of $83,000 a month. That won't last long and the place will end up like it did before it closed to "remodel" and will go out of business if things don't change; especially the poor quality of food for the outrageous price. I thought the place might have improved since re-opening, but it hasn't. The prices are unbelievable. Even though your "dining in" your given your order in a bag. The Whopper bun tasted stale or it was freezer burnt and had a slight chemical taste. Though I ate the sandwich within 1 minute of the associate calling my number, the "meat" was cold and had a watery taste. The wrapper the Whopper came in was covered in ketchup which was all over the bun and made it impossib
