Burger King

Service and food is really bad, i ordered double sausage and they gave me just single sausage sandwich, and their ice coffee looks like coming from drainage taste really bad.

I decided Too order food last night 10/10/25 around 8:30pm ish I got HOME at $70 worth for me my wife and my 2 kids get home after waiting in drive through for 18 minutes. I'm fine with that idc but I sit down eat my jack-o-lantern whopper and my fries onion rings jalapeño bites drank my milk shake. after I just ate all my food about 20 mins later I felt something hard in my mouth underneath my bottom lip when I was on the floor playing with my puppy stand up go try spit it out had trouble a bit it was a WIRE!! Tiny wire I went down there they came out from the back I showed them the WIRE RIGHT AWAY.!! they responded with it looks like it's from the DRILL WE USE.!! why are you using a power drill with a WIRE BRISTLE for car RUST on you're GRILLS they then told me we don't inspect the grill

inside building and drive thru are been up ESPECIALLY THE DRIVE-THRU i. scared I'm going to lose a tire each time I go thru. not an exaggeration. on the other hand food is good made correctly most times (everyone makes mistakes) visited last night Feb 19th around 6ish after work the young man at Drive-thru was super polite, quick, everything was made correctly and I was very happy. you've got a great employee i. him wish I grabbed his name. but I'm sure yall know who was there. thanks I will be back!

It was so dirty the kid was cooking had no hair net what so ever the restaurant was very dirty I could not believe my eyes i dont think the business dont know what im seeing i love burger king it's sad if I was the boss I get it can't find good workers anymore I would fired the people who are being in charge something need to change then a customer was complaining about hair in there food I believe by law your hair needs to be up who aloud that to run it was very dirty then someone running it employee was yelling nonetheless I couldn't even think please save burger king not let this happen

Please tell me why an hour and a half after they’ve been opened, it’s going to take 20 minutes for the fryer to warm up for the French toast sticks I ordered? So instead of getting what I ordered now I need to choose from an alternative I did not want.
