Burger King

Service was great but whatever manager was working the morning of 12/24/25 was awful towards the employees. It was 7 am and he was yelling at them over quite literally nothing. One guy said he didn't need a bag and the manager yells at the girl working "NO BAG HE DOESNT NEED A BAG." Like dude this is burger king its not that deep. You can definitely tell he's like that at all times considering how quiet the employees were being and the tension you could feel in the air. Anyways, the employees were great, food was good and service was fast (not due to that guy lol).

The cashier just ignored me, because she wanted me to use the kiosk instead of take my order. Because of that I wasn't able to make a request to cut the burger in half or order the bacon chessy tots instead of cheesy tots. That Burger King always has issues.

I go to this Burger King all the time on Saginaw Road in Midland Michigan. I asked for a large fry, and I asked if it was possible that a couple onion rings be tossed on top, and that I was willing to pay whatever it may cost. She said that it was no problem, and that she wasn't going to charge me. Now I understand, and am grateful that she was willing to do this for me at no cost, but that does not take away what I ordered. So my large fry is half-full, and I have six onion rings. I'm happy with everything, except for the fact that my large fry was half full, and the sweet and sour sauce I asked for, was not in my bag. Zesty sauce was in my bag.

Shout out Trish she was excellent gave us extra free toys SpongeBob meals were delicious this is the best Burger King location I’ve ever been to thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t go there horrible service horrible everything they charge you for sauces and they forget to put it in the damn bag
