Burger King

Woman with the drive thru headset and glasses jumped down my throat for proof of my order. Asking for proof is fine but going "you got proof" and reiterating "we need proof" after I said yes then talking about me once I'm around the corner is inappropriate. I'm a 44 year old man just trying to get a chicken sandwich and an ice tea relax not exactly a high risk. Even her coworker looked exhausted with her considering she was the one helping me and the woman with glasses just decided to jump in. Not going back there.

I am usually a Goshen Burger King customer, however I was on Dolson Avenue today and I went through the drive thru. The order-taker was so happy and joyous it really just started my day so well. It was by no surprise that it was a Manager that I had the same experience with in Goshen who told me he finished his training there and is now GM there on Dolson. If you have had a bad experience there previously I highly recommend giving them another try. Under new management, it seems to be doing great!

Food was nasty this afternoon. Fries were fresh but onion rings, mozzarella sticks, bacon cheeseburgers and chicken jr sandwich were either dry and hard, cold or tasted old and stale. I think I’ll be going to the Burger King on 211 from now on even if it’s farther. This BK on Dolson is very hit or miss. And unfortunately I have to say that miss is a lot more common.

Went here with my boys. They loved the quick service. I'm grateful for the care they provided in service, and the food tastes fresh. For a quick meal or a break away, burger king is it. The place was very clean. The manager makes it a point to constantly clean up and it shows.

They forgot to put cheese on my Whopper. The manager Josh solved my situation in less than a minute and I left a happy customer in no time. I hardly had to wait. Excellent customer service
