Burger King

Corporations need to stop harming their employees and customers for a couple extra dollars. You force a woman to run both the drive through and inside at the same time but she can't physically be in 2 places. You understand that right? Generally you solve thst problem by hiring 2 people. If you aren't paying enough to attract a 2nd person you need to increase your wages. My experience was terrible. The service is atrocious because the woman is stressed. She is rude and acts like a customer is an inconvenience to her. This is the real experience in this Burger King. I will not return. But I am not blaming her. She is trying to get through the day, and probably has a lot of inconsiderate and entitled people giving her attitude all day so she gives it right back, even when its undeserved. S

We stopped at the BK on Hwy 380 in McKinney, TX. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful A+ for customer service today!

I usually don't even waste time giving fast food reviews but I'm not sure if it's the management or owners but this is one of the BEST fast food spots I've come to in a while. I've come a few times on random days just to see if it was a fluke. Nope each time my food was always fresh, service was good and food was delicious, like they made it like off the commercial. I can't speak for anyone's experience but me and my family but I just hope this BK doesn't close ever, and I don't even eat a lot of fast food but this is indeed the BEST BK in the US easily! They'll give some overseas locations a run for the money but in the states they got it on lock easily. Please don't change or go down hill after this review lol

🍔👑 March 11, 2025 👑🍔 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cynthia was an AWESOME employee at Burger King! 💯✨ Every time me and my family got near her, she immediately checked in—“Do you need anything?” “Are you okay?” 🛍️😊 That level of attentiveness is RARE these days! 👏👏 She made our visit genuinely enjoyable, and it’s employees like her that keep customers coming back! 🚀💖 Customer service today is nearly nonexistent, but Cynthia is a shining example of what it SHOULD be! 🌟🔥 She went above and beyond, making us feel valued and appreciated. 🙌 If every Burger King had a Cynthia, the world would be a better place! 🍟👑 Someone give her a raise!! 💰💵🎉

Had to call around to multiple locations. This is one of the only locations that actually answered their phone. The gentleman was super nice and polite. He let me know they were getting a truck to restock stuff for the SpongeBob meal. So I drove there today and while I’m not a huge fan of the food, this was a special thing I was doing for my son. The place was clean and the manager was awesome. African American lady with braids or locs was managing everything. Orders, the staff, helped me with my Apple Pay giftcard, the front line, the drive-thru, and DoorDash type pickups. Clearly stressful and super busy but she managed to stay polite and friendly and got the orders pushed and the line moving.
