Burger King

Love cinnamon rolls so I ordered them for breakfast to go. In the picture they had icing. Ended up throwing them out since they were just balls of dough with cinnamon. No icing on them or to dip them in. Since I got them to go, it's not like I could go back and ask so it just ended up being money down the drain.

I order burgers with just mustard...odd... but that's me. I get plain burgers and bring them back. "We don't put mustard on them...we're a no mustard store" as ahe shoved packets at me. Now...I get it...not a big deal...but that's a joke lol. You put on other condiments...is having a spot for it and adding one more REALLY throwing your operation off? Yiu save, what, a second? At the expense of customer service? Wow. Lol...thankfully I only come to this location once and a while based on travel. I'll avoid going forward.

As a truck driver we don’t have a lot of places to stop and eat in rural areas. I was making a delivery near this Burger King and went to the door to go in at 8:20 in the evening and the door was locked. BK head office might want to consider watching this manager due to the fact that the same manager a few nights ago had the location shut down at 4 pm

This is a good location. I know when they first opened there may have been some issues. For instance, we had problems with cold cheese on sandwiches. It wasn't melted because the food was allowed to cool off that much. They were probably rushing orders or over-prepping. In any case, any issue that I have had at this location in the last year or so has been met with immediate understanding and correction. I am beginning to visit this business more frequently as of late and they are always friendly, courteous, and if there is an issue (ie: maybe an above average wait time) they address it appropriately.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest Burger King I've been in. Stopped for breakfest on our way to Dubois. Food was good and just made. Workers were all friendly. I've eaten here several times because the burgers and fries are always good. This is the first time I've went inside though.
