Burger King

Did bk.com order... spent 58 dollars... 1.5 hours later my order showed up... at least half my order showed up... they left half of my order out amd the half I did get was cold and hard. I spent an hour trying to get resolution and was offered a 25 online coupon. I called the store and got even less help. Do not eat here. Goto mcdonalds. They would never be this bad.

I typically get the same thing when I come here, which is quite frequently. I remember the total, and have it readily prepared to pay at the window. I enjoyed the food, and it was great. It usually comes to $8.08. However, they increased the price to $8.94. I'm not upset about that, it happens and I get it. So I do the best I can; I give the young woman at the window the change I have available and I apologize for the hold up. It was NOT a lot to handle (1 quarter, 4 dimes, 4 nickels, 1 penny) She mutters under her breath "Oh my God.", like I gave her 894 pennies or something. Anyways, great food and in a timely manner, but some of the staff (not all, most have provided excellent service) could work on customer service skills.

I ordered from the drive thru at 3pm on 2/14. I’m # 174 according to the receipt. The man, Lentario(?) was absolutely the friendliest associate I have ever had at any BK. I’m sorry if I’ve spelled his name incorrectly. I’ve just finished a busy week as a florist (today is Valentines Day) and he made me smile. Give him a raise!!!!

I came to this location today 10/17/25 at 6:30pm I went in and placed my special order with the guy at the counter. Not only did he listen to my entire request he followed it and made me feel like he didn't mind at all. I've been to a lot of fast food restaurants in the area and this is the first one where not only did they listen completely to my special order they executed it perfectly!! Very happy with the service and food I received!!

My burger came out extremely soggy, as if it got caught in the crossfire of a the dishwashing station or something 🤷 Did the associates wipe the counters with a wet rag then use those same hands right after to throw a burger together? Every time I go to this location the drive through associates are super dry and never seem to want to be there. Are customer service skills not a prerequisite for a customer-service-job there?
