This is why no one eats here anymore. Every time you try and give them a chance they mess it up. Heavy mayo does not mean that the burger is all Mayo. WTH guys. Do better.

This place is constantly having issues, with wait times, presentations, and the way I heard a manager speak to their employee was disgusting. I’ve gone here multiple times and have had to call to get my name put down to get my food remade more than 5 times. Today I go to get a chicken jr, add tomatoe, mind you have to PAY to add tomato.. and I got the gutted butt part? Don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself or serve to your family! This place needs to be addressed by higher management and the manager in charge, needs help.

Tried out this location after having issues with the location in Rensselaer, and what a mistake that was. I placed an online order, and waited 35 or so minutes in the drive thru while being parked in line, as I saw my food sit in the window in a bag. After I finally got my food it was all ice cold, so I had to go back around and wait for it to be remade. When I got the remade food, I can tell whoever made the sandwich was pissed they had to remake it because it was loaded with so many toppings and so much sauce the bun fell apart when I picked it up. I’m sure your drive thru goals for any given day are not in the 45 minute ballpark because at least 5 cars were waiting that long. Whoever was managing 5/28 around 3 needs to not be left in charge alone. I’ve been managing restaurants for 14 y

Went inside since drive-up was backed up to the entrance, I waited 20 minutes waiting to order, NO ONE came to take my order!!! I could see maybe 4 employees, one just taking his dear sweet time putting an order in a bag! There were 2 men still waiting on their individual orders, who were there before me, when I gave up and left. I don't know who's worse, McDonald's or Burger King in Lowell, I wish there was a -star. I WONT be coming back to either!

Can’t take simple instructions, I said no jalapeños at least 4-5x and even verified at the window , get home to south Lowell and well to my surprise there was a TON of them. Also ordered onion rings and they put fires and 3 onion rings on top lol. What a joke of a place, needs new employees at night.
