Burger King

Ordered a brisket burger with no pickles for my wife as you can see in the pics, no pickles no bbq no brisket. Was in a hurry to get home witch is 30 minutes away so I didn't check it. Won't happen again. I'll drive out by I-10 to get BK next time!

I got my burger on Monday and was introduced to a mole on the bun. And I asked for the manager and she came over and ignored my complain and she had an attitude towards me so I had to leave with a burger that I couldn’t eat I would never come back and I hope people can see this

What an epic JOKE. Order was given repeated, and still they got it wrong! We live 30 min away, so tried to call about 10 times with no answer! The receipt is correct the order is WRONG. Ordered the BBQ brisket whopper w/o pickles. Instead got something with mayo, tomato, and some crunchy onions. 56 miles will be spent in gas 2 hours of time to go back and forth. No way to call them as they won't answer. Total order $31 and change. Beyond disgusted. Way to FAIL BK

super embarrassing when you have to have your crew members post a review to up your ratings after letting your store fall apart! this burger king is disgusting, the people are disrespectful, and the management is absolutely pathetic. find a better burger joint. also here’s the attachment of the crews silly little reviews since they thought they did their big one

First and foremost, the customer service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a Whopper from this place, and when I received it, it was cold, and the fries were extremely soggy. If I could give it a zero-star rating, I would. The bathroom was also very disgusting. I would not recommend this place. Just drive to the Busy Bee one; it’s way better food and better customer service.
