Burger King

Today after working 12 hours, my son went to the Burger King for me at 4734 Lawrenceville Highway in Lilburn, GA. He ordered exactly what I asked him for. An Impossible Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper Meal with Ketchup, Mustard, Lettuce & Tomato on the Whopper, a large Have-sies (half fries, half onion rings) and a large Strawberry Lemonade with no ice. (due to my extremely sensitive teeth) What I actually received was a dryish burger with ketchup & mustard, plain fries that weren't fresh at all (all of the tips were ice cold, hard & the centers were stale which means they were sitting for quite some while) and a drink with loads of ice. He forgot to scan my loyalty code and I can't enter it now because they also told him that the receipt was in the bag with the ketchup. Neither was in there.

Shukria & Zehra Syed & Mohammed are the Best! I’ve been coming here for over a year and they have the absolute best service. Actually, I don’t go to any other location except this one because I know that this is the only place I can GUARANTEE I’ll have things the BK way! Love y’all!

I come here every weekday with the boy that I babysit. This location is the best Burger King in the area. The food is consistently fresh and hot. The fries are never too greasy, which is not something I can say about every burger king. We usually see Zehra or Moh when we go through the drive thru and they are always so friendly! All of the staff here are very polite and make sure we have everything that we need. The inside area is impressively calm and clean for a fast food restaurant. Overall, I am just very pleased and impressed by this burger king location.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I literally drive 30 minutes from home just to enjoy the freshness of the food prepared at this location — it’s always hot, fresh, and made to order every single time! My son and I come by at least twice a month, and we’re always greeted with a smile. The team here truly goes the extra mile to make sure you “have it your way.” If you’re looking for a Burger King that actually delivers quality, freshness, and great customer service, I highly recommend this location! You’ll definitely get exactly what you pay for — made to order and made with care!

Last Sunday, February 1st, I went to the drive-thru to place an order for just three meals. From the moment I paid at the window, it took approximately 20 minutes for them to give me my order. When I checked the order, I noticed that the fries had been placed upside down, so all the fries had spilled into the bag with the hamburgers. When I showed this to the man at the window, he told me that this was normal because it happens when they're in a hurry.
