The crew here provided excellent serviceable superb follow-up service. The food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. Even though there was a rude customer giving the staff grief and making a mountain out of a mole hill, the management was polite, courteous, and professional. I was about to step in and shut the customer down on his behalf. I had my two boys and one of their friends with me. It went south quickly, but the staff's professionalism diffused it quickly and qldiscreey. I tip my hat to this amazing team. DA Bear

I don't know why corperate managers push for faster drive-through times if that means they get the food out quicker. They should be making EVERYTHING cook to order. Not cooking the meat and let it sit in a warmer. Even with it being in a warmer my burger was cold. But I'm not going to confront anyone because nothing is going to be done about it.

I eat here weekly. Quality of food and service has significantly gone down recently. They used to set a high bar to compare burger king amongst themselves. Lately the drive thru is slow and the attendants struggle to take my order correctly. The fries when ordered in the evening come cold, limp and sometimes soggy. Great savings on their app! Definitely worth checking out.

I walked into an empty restaurant. Four ladies were talking in the kitchen, and just looked at me. No cooking or food prep was being done. The drive through lane had 6-8 cars waiting. After a long time, a man came from the drive through window and took my order of a whooper and unsweetened iced tea. He rang up the charge as a full meal versus what I ordered. Another man came out to say they did not have unsweetened iced tea. I told him to just give me a glass of water. He rang up the bill again, this time charging me $0.80 for the water. Bad service. Incorrect charges. Lack of advertised food. And what I consider an upcharge. All that left me unsatisfied as a customer.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, asked if I could get a zesty sauce packet and they charged extra for that, which is wrong unless I wanted more then one, food had no taste to it at all. Onion rings were cold and got less than 10 for a large. Seen several different employees and managers there over the years, this “restaurant” has some major issues and in my opinion corporate needs to come out without notice and act like a customer and find out how bad this restaurant really is.
