Burger King

Haven’t gotten the food yet, ordered through DoorDash. Had two people assigned to my order. Waited in the lobby for 45 min combined, called asking if they were busy, which they weren’t for the guy to sound high and a little confused as to why we have been waiting so long.

First of all I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. This was the last time. There’s something in my order that is always cold, old, stale food. But what really got me what that they had scooby doo toys advertised everywhere On their boards, signs commercials. But my child got a cardboard card game. And when I asked if they had Scooby Doo toys, they told me no we don’t have those. Ummm okay…. But if you want you can buy a bucket. Yes I’m complaining about a child’s toy but that is the only reason I went back there.

It was evening time ordered whopper meals, And a couple of Junior Whoppers and they were cold ,also all the buns hard. I think all workers there need better training.

Took 20 plus minutes for a double cheese burger meal. Not sure what they were doing behind the counter but definitely wasn't good service. Update. Got my food. And every bit of it was cold, what a Waste of money.

Extremely slow service. incorrect order and girl at money window may as well threw my change at me while the second window the girl was shy but at least apologized for the almost 20 minute drive through wait.
