Burger King

Every time I visit this location, the food is cold and the overall quality just isn’t there. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or a problem with food-hold times, but the quality control definitely needs attention. The dining room also feels neglected - the TV hasn’t been working, and there’s no ketchup available unless you ask for it. The soda machine touch screen isn’t the most responsive. With today’s prices, customers should expect better. This franchisee really needs to address these issues.

Overall the Burger King is what you would expect. The staff was very friendly. However I don't want to count this against this location, but more of a problem with their honey mustard supplier. I got two cups with my meal, and one was insanely spicy it tasted like wasabi, which makes a little sense mustard is a cousin to wasabi, but the other one was sickeningly sweet. Could their honey mustard supplier be consistent with what they send them?

My son and i ordered food here today and it was terrible. I ordered the royal crispy chicken sandwich meal without tomatoes for $13 and it was inedible. My sandwich had 3 tomato slices and was drowned in sauce, the chicken patty was also about half the size of the bun and about a quarter inch thick. The entire sandwich was drenched. Our fries were also way too salty. I basically paid $13 for a medium soda. I never ate the sandwich or the fries. Pathetic food standards at this BK location. Ill never attempt to eat there again. I want my money back but we were already down the road.

This Burger King was definitely one of the worse ones I've been to. i felt like the cashier was kinda awkward or something since every so often she would giggle after we would tell her the order. But mainly she wasn't completely hearing what we ordered and kinda winged it. The onion rings were cold and mushy, the strawberry freeze with nerds would of been better if the freeze was made when it was ordered and not sitting they also forgot the nerds so had to ask for them. Also ordered a original chick sandwich witch sadly was the only thing that was correct and tasted decent, the jr whooper I ordered was barley warm and when I asked to add cheese and no onions they managed to forget the cheese as well as put onions on the sandwich. So if you do decide to go to this Burger King definitely go

The woman who took my order and rang me up was nice. I ordered breakfast for me and my kids and it all came out fine except they forgot to give me 2 apple juice boxes, which is seriously not a big deal. I waited at the window for a second to grab someone’s attention and another woman came over with hellish attitude and I told her we needed the apple juice. She turned around to get it and said “SHE NEEDS HER APPLE JUICE!” …like I’m the problem… and came back with one. When I told her we needed 2 she said “OH MY GOD TWO OF THEM!” This woman should not be in any kind of service industry if she can’t handle correcting the simplest order without an attitude.
