Burger King

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and wondered why they taste funny. Well, the buns were completely burnt. This was my first time here.

This is normally my "go to" location however today's staff is messing up the reputation. Had I not placed a mobile order, I would have left like everyone else. 5 cars pulled off from waiting. I placed my mobile order at 1025 and entered the line at 1032. I heard them tell each customer from 1032 to 1044 to "please hold they were backed up" serving customers. I pull up and announce that I have a mobile order, which is how I finally got me food. It should not take 15 minutes of making customers wait to transition from breakfast to lunch.

I write this review with the upmost sadness! I swear if I could boycott this location I would!! The service is extremely slow! The food quality is of street food level on the ground! No onions, ketchup, mustard are anything! I wish the Corporate HR could eat the foods that bad reviews. False advertising and poor service is beyond a review! A patty melt they sad cheated out of my money! Never again!

Ordered two meals and subbed one fry for chicken fries. Both burgers were barely warm and the chicken fries were so old and cold they were pretty much inedible. Food costs are too high to serve things like this. I didn’t give one star because it was my first time there and I’m trying to give the benefit of doubt and I didn’t ask for hot food which I shouldn’t have to ask for. So. Maybe I’ll try again in a few months just to see if it was just a bad night.

They are incompetent to details I told them I needed a impossible whopper and they gave me real beef. Im vegetarian. The manager didnt care. Please train your staff better. The mistake should not have been made. Made me feel like they spit in food or something.
