Burger King

I always stop at this place on my way up to the cities and tonight’s meal was the worst I’ve ever had at Burger King. My onion rings were completely inedible and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to get my food when they only had three cars in drive-through. As a former employee of Burger King, I know a little bit how the restaurant operates and this place is clearly lacking Good leadership right now. I’m hoping that they refund my order or I will not be stopping back here again

God I haven't been here since I was 32, and i'm 37. It's always a good place to eat. Good people that serve and food was fresh!! I would give 10 stars if possible!

Food was fast. Not so sure it was fresh. I only say that because the burger patty itself wasn't hot. Even with a simple steam table, the meat should have been hot. The fries were slightly more than Luke warm. Service was attentive, but not present meaning they greeted me by asking what I wanted from the drive thru window. And then a different employee walked up and punched my order in. Not a bad experience, but not a great experience by far.

The chicken sandwiches here were absolute fireee. Fries were old however. Helps when tossing on some of the worlds best ranch on them though. The spicy chicken sandwich is about $7 alone. If you get a meal it’s $12. I would opt for Culver’s chicken sandwich instead given the price and overall quality. Been a long time since I tried BK but this was a solid resurgence. They’re now a contender for a stop on future road trips!

I ordered the iced coffee today. Amber who did my iced coffee filled up the whole cup with ices. In the past, I ordered the iced coffee at other locations. I never seen the staff put the ices in the iced coffee. The way they did the iced coffee was pre-made the iced coffee and they keep it in the fridge. I do not mind to have some ices in my iced coffee, but not the whole cup. I spoke to Amber who did my iced coffee. She said this Burger King is owned by different owner, so they have different standard. It’s ridiculous. Burger King should all have the same standard, doesn’t matter it’s owned by different owner. Amber was so rude. She told me if you want more iced coffee, you need to pay again. I will definitely not coming back this Burger King again.
