Burger King

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Not once but on multiple occasions. I once ordered online for my order to be ready asap and it still wasn't ready when I arrived 45 minutes later. If your in a hurry dont go here. Help issue Idk?

Ordered jalapeño poppers at 8:00 waited 40 minutes then i walked back up to the cashier for her to go back and check waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me they didnt have any and asked if i wanted something else. Um No why would I want to wait even longer. Meanwhile they focus more on the drive thru than the dining area.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I pulled up on Christmas Eve just a few minutes before they closed and yes, I understand. They wanted to go home, but I had a sick daughter at home. Who only wanted chicken fries from Burger King. Instead of taking my order, I sat at the speaker for over five minutes, even trying to get their attention. They ignored me and would not take my order. When I knew it was about time for them to close, I pulled around to the window and instead of opening it and telling me she just pointed to the Christmas Eve sign saying that they were closed at four. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever seen. I could’ve been very forgiving if she would’ve actually been apologetic but instead, she was rude and ignorant and purposely did no

The service time was 25 minutes for a burger and fries. The burger was made completely wrong and I returned the food and requested a refund. This restaurant is in need of some serious help! They seem to have a new manager every couple of weeks and it’s not going well. I won’t be going back anytime soon and that’s a shame. Hopefully the owner looks at the reviews and takes action. Best of luck BK! Right now….you’re a real mess!

Went to drive through got a med coffee and a cheesebuger young lady had a bad disposition handed me the coffee the cup was cold knew instantly coffee wasnt hot i have no doubt she knew it was hoping i got down road before i found out. Told me to pull up she would make a fresh pot 1minute 45 sec later she came out with coffee obviously just microwaved it handed me the cup and walked away not sorry about that, thank you or anything
